It will not be visible. As our event begins\, Mercury will only be 10degrees from the Sun and well into the metamorphic transformation into the next overstory.  Mercury’s interior conjunction with the Sun on the inside track between the Earth and Sun is on April 11 at 7:03pm EDT at 22Aries32. Mercury will station direct on April 25 to begin the Aries synodic overstory. Wednesday\, April 10\, will be focused on Mercury during our live teaching of Course 05. \nVenus \nVenus has been in the morning sky since her heliacal rise in the Leo synodic overstory back on August 19\, 2023. As our event begins\, Venus will be near the very end of her descent into the underworld\, which happens on and about April 27.  A major highlight of our time together is the opening of the relatively rare eighth descending gate\, known as “Death by Intent”. This is associated with the root chakra and even deeper. The exact Moon/Venus conjunction at 3Aries06 occurs at 12:22pm EDT on Sunday\, April 7\, our first full day together. The morning conjunction may possibly be visible on the morning of April 7\, or even April 8; we will try to arrange as a group to see it\, weather permitting. Unless we can spot the conjunction\, or have a really low horizon\, Venus will essentially not be visible as she slowly descends into the Exterior Underworld. Thursday April 11 will be devoted to Venus for Course 05. \nMars \nMars is now in Phase Four of his Gemini synodic overstory and in the morning sky\, having emerged from the underworld on January 8. This is the phase known as Gemini Rebirth and Growth of Wisdom. Mars is slowly increasing in brightness and can be found 36-37degrees from the Sun rather low in the East. Another major highlight during our event is his conjunction with Saturn on Wednesday\, April 10\, at 4:36pm EDT at 14Pisces40. Mars and Saturn are quite close during all our days together. A Moon/Mars conjunction happened on April 5\, which opened the fourth portal Phase four\, remaining open until May 4. Mars will be the main feature of our Course 05 on Tuesday\, April 9. \nJupiter \nJupiter is in the evening sky about from 31 to 26degrees from the Sun in the stars of the Ram constellation on the way to the Pleiades. Jupiter is fast approaching his highly anticipated exact conjunction with Uranus on April 20 at 21Taurus51. The Moon conjuncts Jupiter on April 10\, adding a strong punctuation point to the Jupiter-Uranus alignment. \nSaturn \nSaturn\, in the morning sky\, moves from 39 to 37degrees from the Sun. As noted above with Mars\, Saturn and Mars are conjunct on April 10\, and are within a few degrees of each other throughout our event. Both pass through New Mexico\, over Roswell and the Trinity nuclear site. At TOTAMS we love to ceremonialize eclipses\, and Faywood Hot Springs is close to the eclipse path. \nWhy Faywood Hot Springs? In the late 1990s I had lived for some years in the Mimbres River Valley\, just a few miles from the Hot Springs. The synodic cycle material which has become such an essential teaching of our school was sourced there. A friendship with the resort’s owner\, Elon Yurwit\, resulted in the construction of a large stone circle on a nearby hilltop. She will be past the entrance of the 2nd gate/6th chakra portal in the recent start of her Leo overstory. Venus travels from 2Virgo34 to 5Virgo53. This is between Regulus and Zosma in the Lion constellation. Saturn is in opposition to Venus at this time. Venus is very likely to be visible at the time of the eclipse. \nMARS: Mars will also not be visible\, as he is in his phase 3 underworld journey within the Gemini overstory. He travels from 29Libra53 through 2Scorpio22. Mars is squaring Pluto at this time\, as well as being close to the Sun. He is unlikely to be seen at the time of the eclipse. \nJUPITER: Jupiter will very much dominate the late evening and early morning sky.  He travels from 13Taurus20 Rx to 12Taurus55 Rx.  He is in a wide quincunx with the Sun\, and found among the stars of the Ram constellation\, near to Hamal and Sheratan. \nSATURN: Saturn will be a strong presence in the morning sky\, traveling from 0Pisces58 Rx to 0Pisces50 Rx.  Saturn is in general opposition to Venus\, and can be found amongst the stars of the Water Bearer constellation. \nURANUS: Moves from 22Taurus19 Rx to 22Taurus11 Rx. \nNEPTUNE: Moves from 25Pisces40 Rx to 25Pisces34 Rx. \nPLUTO:  Stationary at 27Capricorn53. MAJOR HIGHLIGHT: Pluto will go direct on the day before we begin at 6:10PM on October 10. This will mark the possible end of the U.S. Pluto return. However there is still a Mars in Scorpio happening. \nNORTH NODE: 24Aries53. This is near Chiron\, another foreshadowing of the April 8\, 2024 Solar eclipse that conjoins the U.S. Chiron. \nSOUTH NODE: 24Libra53. Within 4 degrees of the Sun\, thus making it possible to have a total annular eclipse. This is a SOUTH NODE ECLIPSE.  The South Node is also quite near Mars. \nCHIRON: Travels from 17Aries37 Rx to 17Aries28 Rx. Near the North Node. \nVESTA: Travels from 5Cancer52 to 6Cancer21 \nCERES:  Travels from 11Scorpio04 to 12Scorpio37 \nNIGHT SKY \nWith a dark Moon\, the night sky will be the best possible.  October is the ideal time to tune into the Scorpion\, the Archer and Galactic Center\, whether up at the stone circle or in the hot springs. \n \n \n \n \n \n DAY-BY-DAY NARRATIVE\n WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 11 \nWhether driving in\, or with our shuttle van from the El Paso airport\, the intent is for you to arrive before Sunset\, and we will have an opening circle at the stone circle. \nTHURSDAY OCTOBER 12 \nAt least two talks will be offered by Daniel and others. Nothing else planned other than sharing our experience. \nSUNDAY OCTOBER 15 –  DEPARTURE DAY \nClosing circle at the stone circle. \n \n \n \n \n \n JULY 29th UPDATE\n from Daniel Giamario \nHaving recently seen the movie Oppenheimer which I found to be really excellent\, I have been researching even more deeply into the paths of the 2012 and 2023 Annular Solar eclipses. Both have Jupiter in Taurus\, both entered the continental United States off the West Coast (Oregon and Northern California)\, and both crossed over the same area of New Mexico. Furthermore\, the tracks of both crossed Los Alamos Laboratory\, Roswell/NM\, Corona/NM\, Socorro/NM\, and the Trinity Site. \nCorona (!) is the 1947 alleged UFO crash site. Additional crashes occurred near Socorro. Los Alamos is where the Manhattan Project developed the atomic bomb\, and the Trinity site is where the first nuclear detonation occurred. UFO disclosure projects are heavily in the mainstream news now. There are so many back stories here\, many with esoteric implications. I have always felt that the eclipse paths are messages not to be ignored. Of course\, our October 11-15 in-person gathering will include driving in the direction of Corona to experience the eclipse. Based on Daniel’s original research from 1996 originally published in the Mountain Astrologer in 1997-98\, and many subsequent discoveries\, this offering is designed to include both women and men – as Venus is equally the archetypal feminine for both women and men\, and Mars is equally the archetypal masculine for both men and women.\n\n\nOur intention is to create a group that will work with the entire 584-day Venus/Leo Overstory.
