On Monday, an extreme out-of-bounds (OoB) Cancer Moon will square the ongoing and seminal Saturn-Neptune conjunction, preparing the groundwork for the Moon’s alignments with the Venus-Jupiter conjunction. Meanwhile the remarkable outer planet trine/sextile alignments of Pluto, Uranus, Saturn and Neptune continue their marvellous engagement.

Helpful Alignment
As of Monday, a helpful outer planets sextiles and trines alignment is ongoing:
- 02Aquarius00Rx Pluto in trine with 01Gemini19 Uranus
- and both is sextile to the 00Aries50Rx Saturn – 01Aries39 Neptune conjunction.
This is a long running pattern with a number of exact aspects coming up this year:
- Saturn sextile Uranus on August 12
- and Uranus sextile Neptune on August 29 and November 20.
The extreme OoB Cancer Moon at the Galactic Edge stirs up and activates the Saturn-Neptune alignment at the Vernal Equinox. This can possibly inspire breakthroughs in thought and action, adding an unexpected element to the opening of the Third Chakra /Solar Plexus Venus portal that commences with the Moon-Venus conjunction.
The OoB Cancer Moon can be seen close to a still spectacular Venus-Jupiter conjunction on Tuesday morning, just before dawn. Venus at magnitude -3.9 and Jupiter at magnitude -1.9 are within the boundaries of the Twins constellation as the Moon passes by.
A Great Backup Band
I liken the Moon, Venus and Jupiter as the lead singers of a band, or maybe a lead singer and two lead guitarists. Lead singers and guitarists need a great backup band. The sextiles and trines of Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are like having great drummers, bass players, and keyboards. I have always considered the dynamic aspects of conjunctions, oppositions and squares to be the agents of initiation and action. TOTAMS gives far more attention to those than to trines and sextiles. But they are not ignored, and are surely helpful this week and for the rest of the year. Venus and Jupiter, animated by the OoB Moon, are capturing our attention and directing the action, AND they have a great outer planet transpersonal backup band!
