Zeina Yazbek
Zeina Yazbek is a writer, published co-author and mindfulness teacher. Born in Lebanon, Zeina was a part of the corporate world from the age of 9 as a TV talent for ten years on an award-winning televised program in the Middle East. She then moved to NYC working in media production for leading outlets such as Music Television and continued her graduate studies at Columbia University. Thereafter, Zeina became one of the youngest media executives as a Director of Programming for the United States' first Middle Eastern-American TV channel. At 27, Zeina launched her own business in branding, copywriting and business development. She led multi-million-dollar projects across F&B;, hospitality, entertainment, retail, and fitness sectors within the U.S. and the Middle East. After more than 15 years in a traditionally "successful" career, a stress-induced physical illness redirected her path entirely. In 2017, Zeina moved to Bali and committed to a deep journey of personal healing and transformation. Her studies and training have spanned health coaching, shamanic breathwork, meditation, yoga, Muay Thai, boxing, shamanism, dreamwork, energy healing, astrology, cranio-sacral therapy, raw vegan un-cooking, and other holistic modalities. Through lifestyle shifts and mindfulness, she restored her health and reconnected to purpose. Today, Zeina's work bridges storytelling, wellness education, and community. She hosts and teaches workshops online and around the world. She is also a Corporate Wellness Consultant for Dubai-based companies. She is the founder of AllThe Good Things, an upcoming platform supporting workplace well-being and humanitarian initiatives. Her written work includes several online personal-development courses and internationally published pieces. She has taught and spoken at retreats and festivals including FullyRaw Retreats, Bali Spirit Festival, the Modern Woman Festival, and more. Zeina supports individuals on their individuation journeys, encouraging them to meet themselves with honesty, wonder, and compassion. Her latest writings appear on Diary of a Soul-Aholic, and her new podcast, Dream A New World, is now available on Substack. She starts teaching in New York City again in 2026 where she will be residing again.
