A New Cycle Begins
Just days after the Solstice, we arrive at another sacred point in the sky: the Cancer New Moon on June 25, 3:31 AM PDT, at 4Cancer07. As the Earth balances her energy, so do we. With the light beginning to wane, we are being invited to gather the teachings, the wisdom, and the magic that have come since the Winter Solstice. Can we receive it? Can we integrate it?
There is a new balance emerging for humanity in this great time of the Turning of The Ages—the ending of Kali Yuga, the merging and changing of many timelines for humanity. The Solstice point in the sky during this time lines directly on the cross in the sky, where the intersection of the celestial equator and the galactic plane meet. This is known as the galactic edge—where Soul comes to enter. What does this mean for humanity?
Intent Is What Is Intended
Summer Solstice not only brings mystery into greater balance but arrives with an instruction of intent. Intent is what is intended for humanity. We all have free will, so it is about choice. This Solstice Sun was conjunct Jupiter, bringing a burst of energy with a seed point—a new beginning of intention. Jupiter is about expansion, evolution, and eccentricity. From a spiritual bypass perspective, these words sound amazing. But to those on the path, these words prepare us for deep changes from within that may bring great challenge, acceptance, and truth.
This is not just any New Moon—this New Moon is also conjunct Jupiter, echoing the Solstice alignment. The Sun, Moon, and Jupiter all meet in Cancer, amplifying the intention and asking us to expand beyond what we’ve known. Jupiter offers a new beginning through expansion, evolution, and the invitation to live beyond old limits.
What is intended for us now? We’ve just had Jupiter move into Cancer, the Solstice with Jupiter, and now this New Moon. The message is loud and clear. Are we listening? Can we step into what is being asked?
Cancer is a Cardinal Water sign—Householder of the Zodiac—the archetype of the Great Mother. It brings spirit into matter. It initiates safety, care, family, and nourishment. It teaches us to create spaces where others can be vulnerable, to lead from compassion, and to commit to love as a practice.
Cancer’s Training
Cancer’s training unfolds in two phases:
1. Feeling the full range of emotions
2. Committing to responsible nurturing—where identity and purpose come from how we give, love, and care.
You are here to create a new operating manual for healthy family and community and what that looks like for the future.
We live in an orphan world, an orphan culture—and for a long time, Cancer has existed in its shadow expression: defending only our clan, our country, our family. But can we now go beyond that? Can we see that ALL sentient beings deserve nourishment and love? Can our definition of ‘clan’ include all of humanity—plants, rocks, trees, insects, birds, the life of the Ocean?
Can we step into embracing Mother Earth as our Mother? Can we protect and nourish her as she does for us? Can we do this for each other—and most importantly, for ourselves?
Can you offer yourself the love and nourishment you long for? Because until we do that for ourselves, we cannot fully offer it to others. We cannot love another until we love ourselves. We cannot accept another until we accept ourselves. We cannot hold space for another unless we’ve sat with our own shadows.
This New Moon plays out uniquely for each of us—but together, we shape the collective field. The more we each awaken, the more we ripple consciousness through the world. Can we evolve together?
Can we step into the knowing that all beings deserve love, safety, and nourishment? Can we widen the circle of belonging—beyond our clan, family, or nation—to include the Earth, the animals, the insects, the waters, the stones?
Spend time with the creeks, the rivers, the animals, the insects—who is showing up for you and bringing messages of love and connection?
An Offering To New Life
There is more. This New Moon makes a hidden aspect to Pluto—the great composting force. Pluto brings the surrender necessary for transformation. Composting is not an end—it is an offering to new life. But to compost, we must face the fears, the attachments, the ego programs we’ve outgrown. We must sacrifice fear to make it sacred.
Pluto brings the gold of the Soul. We surrender the ego program and open to the feminine Soul that lives in the body—with depth, passion, and aliveness. That surrender takes courage.
Pluto is the dark feminine—not female, but the archetype we have lost and are now reclaiming within us all. This is the Earth reclaiming her power too. Pluto teaches us the ability to feel, to live with authentic power, to choose consciously, to honor our intuition, our voice, our feelings—and the power to be who we truly are in connection with all of life and actually live it.
We have been taught to live in fear, to defend what is ours, to give in order to receive—when love is available to all. We live on Earth, a life-giving planet. How do we not give back and continue to take? Or do we hold grief and a longing for something that has been within us all along?
How can we honor our ancestors, who once lived in reverence to all of life? We long because we have become so separate, so afraid. But what if that fear is a lie?
Receiving Truth Through The Body
Venus, the Divine Feminine in Taurus, is also involved. She’s at the descending throat chakra gate—asking us to receive our truth and speak it. Taurus roots Venus in the body. This is about receiving truth through the body, letting it move us, and making sacred the path of evolution.
This is a portal. A seed point. A sacred threshold.
You are being asked to:
· Release what no longer serves
· Receive your truth
· Speak it with courage
· Allow yourself to be nourished by something greater
This is how we start anew. This is how we evolve.
Let this New Moon be a prayer. Let your body be the altar. Let your intention ripple into the collective field of healing, nourishment, and love.
