by Lizzie Moon | March 27, 2025 |As our friend, Gemini Brett, says, “Same story, different time,” my life was forever changed when I was first introduced to Shamanic Astrology in November of 2022. The lights went on and I could see my path clearly laid before me in my first reading with another friend of TOTAMS, John Dumas. Within a few months, I was on my way to Oracle to meet Daniel, John, Gemini and other “seed people” at the first All-school gathering after years of lockdowns and separation. Coincidentally, that very morning I had experienced an emotional break with a friend and my mind and heart were racing as I drove and cried and breathed for the 2-hour trek.
As soon as I arrived among the majestic Spanish Oaks and settled into my room, I felt that I was stepping onto the path I had seen so clearly in November. The open arms, hearts and minds were a welcome respite from my morning upheaval, and I was amazed at how attentive and personally connected everyone in the group was from the first moment. Being very new to the TOTAMS paradigm, I took pages of notes during the presentations and trusted that it would all be integrated in time, and that the many “astro-conversations” during our shared meal times would one day make sense.
I became hungry for more … more knowledge of the ways Shamanic Astrology helps us to adhere to our Current Life Intent (if we choose!), how to tune into and work with our Natal Projects and Initiatory Cycles, and how the personal connection with Earth and Sky, the Above and Below, and with each other is invaluable to navigating the Great Turning of the Ages that we’re all experiencing.
Fast forward 2 short and eventful years and I am now a practicing Foundationally Certified Shamanic Astrologer, I have met many others in the “tribe” online and in person, traveled to share an magical time in Callanish, Scotland as well as Faywood Hot Springs and Fish Lake Valley, I am currently serving on the Council of the school, and have had the honor of collaborating in several presentations. I continue to deepen my understanding, studying the new cosmology material in Course 4 and pursuing Full Certification.
Gratefully, I remain connected to many of the gentle souls I met at that first gathering and I believe some will remain life-long friends. Also gratefully, there are numerous opportunities to learn in the digital realm, sharing space and soul-to-soul, eye-to-eye, heart-to-heart contact is a top priority for our school and I absolutely know my experience in Oracle was instrumental in adhering me to my path of Intention!

- Gemini Brett will join us again to share his cosmological wisdom
- Nighttime Sky talks introduce another pillar of the TOTAMS paradigm
- If you’re new to the paradigm as I was, there will be a Beginner’s workshop to introduce you to the Shamanic Astrology concepts
- Other “seed people” will present their latest research and understanding on many related topics
- Valuable connections and conversations abound alongside the scheduled meet-ups
- Delicious meals and peaceful accommodations help to make our time comfortable and enjoyable

There are a few spaces left for the entire 5-day gathering as well as opportunities for shorter stays and day trips!
