The cosmological and world events of these last four days since the secular New Years date have been wild, unpredictable, and clearly out-of-bounds. I will explore a number of the astrological and astronomical events here, and relate them to their expressions in the world.
Astrological Events
The New Year was opened by an out-of-bounds Moon in Gemini approaching the Galactic Edge, with Venus and Mars in Capricorn and Mercury at the Galactic Center, all also out-of-bounds. All three of these planets remain out-of-bounds through this Cancer Full Moon weekend while being behind the Sun, in the exterior underworld.
The 13Cancer02-13Capricorn02 Full Moon on Saturday was not only 27S03 far out-of-bounds, but also the fourth Super Moon in a row, happening close to perigee. By Saturday night, this still very full Moon aligned with Jupiter at 20Cancer58. Jupiter is now at his brightest magnitude of -2.7, approaching the yearly opposition with the Sun on January 10 at 20Cancer06Rx.
In the traditions of TOTAMS (and previously the Shamanic Astrology Mystery School), we have referred to this Full Moon as the “Magi Moon”, being the closest one to Epiphany, when the astrologers were said to have brought gifts for the birth of Christ. It was this very Cancer full moon that inspired me at the Joshua Tree Wonderland of Rocks in January of 1982 to birth this astrological paradigm and the ways of our school.
This past Friday, Chiron stationed direct at 22Aries35, and will now quickly advance to enter Taurus on June 19, for the first time since his discovery in 1977. However, Chiron will retrograde back into late Aries from September 18 2026 – April 2027. He will return to his discovery degree of 3Taurus08 in June of 2027. I sense that this station direct indicates the very end of the United States fifth Chiron Return. Has America healed her fracture points, her sacred wounds? As the doctrine of “manifest destiny” and hegemony seem still firmly in place, if not doubled down, I suspect not!
Meanwhile, Venus, Mars, and the Sun are aligning (soon with Mercury) in the exterior underworld, their closest relationship within a 384-year cycle. I will not reiterate these important configurations here again but refer you to this previous Wizard Weekly.
What a Strange Time!
What an interesting, strange, and unpredictable time! It is surely living up to all the ramifications of extreme out-of-boundness! The closest Full Moon, the Earth closest to Sun, so many planets having passed Galactic Center, and the OOB Full Moon at the Galactic Edge are huge clues. But of what?
Out-of-Bounds keywords are unassimilable, eccentric, and being able to be different than our usual conceptions of Capricorn, Sagittarius and Cancer.
Above all, COMMIT to aligning with your life purpose while maintaining a neutral perspective towards the accelerating and increasingly confusing outer events. Remember that it’s becoming overwhelmingly difficult to discern what is “real” and what is AI. The best approach is to commit to remaining a “pure’ human, one that is not infected by nanotechnolgy and nonhuman intervention. Always commit to your Free Will, with connection to Heart, Soul and Spirit. In the final analysis, the aim and intention of the end of Kali Yuga is the inevitable composting of materialism, which will happen, one way or another. Stay tuned and awake.
