Before going deep into the powerful events of this next week, I want to honor and celebrate the life of Jon Rappoport, a legend, who sadly passed away. When I did my recent vlog about grieving and celebrating, I listed Jon as one who was still standing strong! He passed on July 8 at age 88, in his third Saturn Return. Jon was a tireless investigative reporter, among the first to expose the AIDS-HIV hoax, and ever exposing the crimes of Big Pharma and the Medical Establishment. Being in a country with unlimited ink printers, I have printed out almost everything he wrote (usually daily) for the last ten years. He will be sorely missed—a man who knew his life purpose.
The Three Worlds
In the TOTAMS Three Worlds Approach, inspired by Shamanism 101, our life experience can be divided into an Upper or Celestial World, a Middle World (objective reality), and a Lower or Underworld. We allocate Neptune and Uranus initiatory processes to the Upper World; Saturn, Jupiter and the Lunar Nodes to the Middle World; and Pluto and Chiron to the Lower World. Mercury, Venus and Mars visit all three in their synodic cycles. Our view is that, as much as possible, all Three Worlds must be taken into account.
Upper World
Undoubtedly, something remarkable and rare is happening. From July 15-25, there are exact sextiles between Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, trines between Uranus and Pluto, Jupiter and Neptune, and all framed by a Jupiter-Pluto opposition. This rare situation, first popularized by André Barbault, has captured the imagination of many astrologers. Whilst that is both helpful and supportive, I do feel the real action is elsewhere. TOTAMS strongly emphasizes the initiatory and actional agency of squares, conjunctions and oppositions. Sextiles and trines don’t actually do anything. They are like a good back-up band for the singer, writer, or lead performer. This is indeed helpful in these times. But keep in mind that classical astrology, as well as the Vedic systems, would not have been aware, or are even now using these configurations. The real action and initiatory directives are happening in the Middle and Lower worlds. Let’s take a look.

In a rare possible respite that connects to the Upper World, I have always considered this to be the yearly Vision Quest Moon, something I learned in 1981 at Mt.Shasta as part of my first Vision Quest experience. I have honored the Aquarian Full Moon in this manner ever since. I advocate that, in your own way, expand your vision with this Full Moon! Whichever way you most like, connect with your future self and align with life purpose.
This Full Moon can be seen as a climax of the above events. Given the powerful presence of Saturn, Jupiter, and Mercury representing the Middle World, with strong connections to Pluto and Chiron representing the Lower World, more so than at many other Full Moons, don’t neglect the shadows of Aquarius and Leo. Full Moons reveal the shadows of night and in only two weeks we arrive at the South Node Leo Total Solar Eclipse. Will you be ready?
