The challenging double initiatory process of Upper World Neptune together with Middle World Saturn has inspired numerous writings and podcasts over the last 18 months. These next few days will reveal that this celestial “working” is far from over. Hot on the heels of America’s 250th birthday – which I wrote about last week – Monday and Tuesday offer a most interesting lineup:

Sun Square Saturn: Waxing Square

Every year we have one waxing Sun-Saturn square for which I often borrow Dane Rudhyar’s concise phrase “Crisis in Action.” Strong and impactful events require action to be taken. It’s difficult to just sit it out. The United States Sun is 14Cancer06 and remains in the cross wires. I have observed that the intensity of the aspect lasts about a day and a half on either side of the exactness. Use your greatest discriminatory powers to discern the meaning of unfolding events, and then act accordingly.

Equally with about a 3-day phase of initiatory intensity, this still point greatly amplifies Neptune’s contribution to the prevailing situation. In short, general Middle World confusion mixed with insights from the celestial realm. Multiple possible lines of probability make it hard to see the way forward. This is exactly the opposite of what the Sun-Saturn waxing square is demanding.
This Neptune transit has a significant role on the US natal chart.

- March 29 2026: Neptune exact with IC
- October 29 2026: Neptune Rx exact with IC
- January 23 2027: Neptune exact with IC, initiatory window closes
Keep all this in mind as you observe unfolding events on the world stage.

How to Blend Saturn and Neptune?
This inquiry has engaged TOTAMS quite a bit over the last 18 months. Within the longer Neptune initiatory process of about 21-22 months, there certainly are times to take action, even if there are no guaranteed outcomes. The Saturn initiatory process is about 9 months. When within a Neptune transit window, actions are necessary. With regards to the United States, I think some clear actions have already happened … more to come.
Those of you with these transits happening now can be using the same approach. The actions taken should not be impulsive, but with an objective, realistic approach as to what is working and what is not working. A willingness to choose clearing the space of what is not working is more important than risking something new, which in resonance with your life purpose might not eventually work out. Trust in Divine Providence and Mercy is a must.

In recognition of its revolutionary contribution, I am repeating the exact wording from the Declaration of Independence – sadly not understood by too many these days:

This foundation establishes the sovereignty of the individual. This individual sovereignty is above the state and any government, and not under its jurisdiction. The state and governments’ duty is to defend this sovereignty and the dignity of all humans. Human beings are not algorithms or commodities.
My prayer is that enough wake up and not comply with any other pathway without standing on this foundation.
