MARS ARIES OVERSTORY REACHES ITS CONCLUSION—GET READY FOR GEMINI

Mars enters Gemini on August 20th for a 7-month period. This is a powerful signal that a new synodic cycle of Mars is nearing and its time of retrograde as well. Mars represents the masculine principle in men and women and this transit will not only mark the incubation phase of the Gemini masculine incarnation, but a major archetypal transition from its previous incarnation in Aries.

In the Shamanic Astrology Paradigm, the Mars synodic cycle is looked at experientially. That means it is our experience with the planet in the sky that guides us to understand the definition of the cycle and how it is expressed in our lives. All of us can follow Mars through its multiple phases in the evolution and maturation of the masculine. It is now brightening greatly over the coming months and will be visible to all in the evening sky beginning in September.

The Aries incarnation started back on October 13, 2020 and will officially end at the Sun-Mars opposition (acronychal rise) in the sign of Gemini on December 7, 2022. This brought considerable insight into the masculine as Aries, especially in the context with its aspects to Eris, Saturn, Pluto and Jupiter in 2020-21.
